The Winter Intensive is back!!

Class will be an Intermediate-Advance level 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM

Each class will be a lab with 1 or 2 themes per day including warm up, floorwork in the space, tools, vocabulary and repertoire.

The themes are going to explore inspirations from Flying Low, Capoiera, Breaking Foundations, Physical Animal flow.
