This is a great way to try classes before you buy it. We always have special prices Free Class Day that we don't have any other day of the year; so if you are on a budget this is a great day to look into classes!

Life begins at the end of your comfort zone. Try something new!

****You must pre-register for all the classes you would like to attend. See event link for registration details. If you register and cannot attend, we would ask that you cancel your class as a courtesy to allow space for others to attend. You can try as many classes as you like.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
**Please note that we are a dance and fitness studio just for adults. Children under 18 will not be able to attend or watch. We just don't have the room Free Class Day for spectators and we really pride ourselves in the adult experience. We believe it is never too late to be what you might have been. Thank you in advance for your cooperation!

**Outdoor shoes cannot be worn indoors. Please bring a clean indoor pair for the day.
**Introductory offers cannot be purchased at Free Class Day as Free Class Day is an introductory offer. If you attend Free Class Day, introductory offers cannot be purchased in future. No exceptions.
