My Breaking class will lightly explore four of the movements in Breaking: Toprock, Drops, Footwork and Freezes. In addition, we will be learning about dancing in a Cypher and musicality.

Jeffrey started Breaking in 2013 at Harry Ainley High School Dance Club. With a wish to continue to have a space to dance after High School, he built MacEwan's Hip Hop Dance Club, U of A Open Styles Dance Club and is now supporting the development of the Freestyle Movement Dance Organization. His dance experience has made him proficient in all the foundational elements of Breaking: Top Rock, Drops, Footwork, Freezes and Power. With a drive to grow as a dancer, he's expanding his dynamics through the movements of Tricking and different dance styles.
