HipHop Progressive program with Fred

Starting March 13th / 6 weeks / Mondays 8 pm-9:30 pm

The Progressive Open Level Program is an opportunity for dancers of all levels to explore and activate their range of styles within hip hop culture. You will learn to understand various types of grooves, develop foundations, and let your body flow to the rhythm of the music. Most importantly, you will be joined by dancers who will assist in building your strength and confidence. No dance experience is required, but make sure you bring your high energy! This program will include choreography that will result in a video at the end of the six weeks. We are looking forward to embarking on this fun and amazing journey with you. #ForTheCulture.
