What inspires you as an artist?

Our student faculty! They are our biggest inspiration! Seeing their excitement, hard work, eagerness and drive inspires us to continue creating pieces that imbibe that vibe. 

What is a quote that resonates with you as an artist?

1. Let the rhythm of our soul guide your feet to trace your destiny and create your legacy. 

2. Life isn’t about waiting for the storm to pass, it’s about learning to dance in the rain.

What are some of your artistic/professional goals?

To continue to share south Asian dance styles with the western world and showcase the history and culture that comes with that. There is such a vast array in this area and we’re hoping we can continue to spread awareness. We also aspire to continue to connect dancers to their heritage and roots through dance as a medium.
