you as an artist?

Daring, inventive, unpredictable

What inspires you as an artist?

I’m inspired by day to day tasks; how our body moves while doing simple things like getting out of bed, washing dishes or driving our car. Using these basic movements and turning them into a more extended and exaggerated movement makes me look at life in a more bright and playful manner. I’m inspired by music and movies and sounds that we hear. Mostly, I am inspired by all the other beautiful dancers and artists that I am surrounded by every day. Whenever I am lacking inspiration, I always love going to see a live performance, seeing other artists in their element always gives me a reset and a new outlook on movement.

What do you want the world to know about your art?

My art has always been a representation of me. It is unique, it is bold, it should make you feel emotions. My choreography and film pieces have never fallen into a certain style or syllabus technique, I like to mix and intertwine the different genres to create more of an interpretive and eye captivating piece.
